This is love

What is love?

There is a love called paying selflessly.
You do not desire any reciprocation from someone you love.

There is a love called satisfying simply.
You can be so happy about a little devotion from someone you love.

There is a love called being beside.
You should always be there to take care someone you love.

There is a love called releasing unconditionally.
You should have the courage to let it go
and let someone you love have a better life.

There is a love called trying hardly.
You should fight for things you love
and try your best for someone you love.

There is a love called pleasing frequently.
You need some sense of humor for someone you love.

There is a love called confessing totally.
You do not need any camouflage in front someone you love.

There is a love called forgiving completely.
You can accept and understand things that has done by someone you love.

Love is essential for everyone.
There are so many people want to define love because of its obscure.
But after all, love is love, and you can not dissolve it.

  1. Your statements about how there is love and defining it is pretty good.

  2. I agree with what Kethy commented above. I also believe that the statements you made about love exists in true, lasting love but is hard to actually take into action.

  3. Your poem is nicely worded :) I really like the examples you give to support each small idea. I found the part about not needing to camouflage very touching.

  4. I like how you support the first sentence of each stanza with a definition of what love means to you. Great job!

  5. I totally agree with the "paying selflessly" part. Being able to open your heart to someone is truly the basis of love. Great job!

    So touching:)
I really love the last line "But after all, love is love, and you can not dissolve it." Yes, love is love. It doesn't matter how differently people view love, love is love.
